Chi ph\u00ed<\/strong><strong> v\u00e0 ch\u1ec9 \u0111inh th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>B\u01a1m tinh tr\u00f9ng (IUI):<\/strong> Chi ph\u00ed th\u1ea5p h\u01a1n so v\u1edbi IVF, dao \u0111\u1ed9ng t\u1eeb 10 \u0111\u1ebfn 20 tri\u1ec7u \u0111\u1ed3ng cho m\u1ed9t chu k\u1ef3. N\u1ebfu kh\u00f4ng s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng thu\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ec3 k\u00edch tr\u1ee9ng m\u00e0 ch\u1ec9 d\u1ef1a v\u00e0o chu k\u1ef3 t\u1ef1 nhi\u00ean th\u00ec chi ph\u00ed gi\u1ea3m xu\u1ed1ng c\u00f2n 1-3 tri\u1ec7u.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ecbnh: Quan h\u1ec7 v\u1ee3 ch\u1ed3ng kh\u00f4ng th\u01b0\u1eddng xuy\u00ean, R\u1ed1i lo\u1ea1n ph\u00f3ng no\u00e3n, L\u1ea1c n\u1ed9i m\u1ea1c t\u1eed cung m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 nh\u1eb9 v\u00e0 trung b\u00ecnh, B\u1ea5t th\u01b0\u1eddng tinh tr\u00f9ng m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 v\u1eeba v\u00e0 nh\u1eb9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0110i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n: c\u00f3 \u00edt nh\u1ea5t 01 v\u00f2i tr\u1ee9ng th\u00f4ng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Th\u1ee5 tinh trong \u1ed1ng nghi\u1ec7m (IVF):<\/strong> Chi ph\u00ed cao h\u01a1n nhi\u1ec1u, dao \u0111\u1ed9ng t\u1eeb 50 \u0111\u1ebfn 100 tri\u1ec7u \u0111\u1ed3ng (g\u1ed3m ti\u1ec1n thu\u1ed1c, ch\u1ecdc h\u00fat tr\u1ee9ng, l\u00e0m ph\u00f4i, tr\u1eef ph\u00f4i v\u00e0 chuy\u1ec3n ph\u00f4i) cho m\u1ed9t chu k\u1ef3 (vui l\u00f2ng tham kh\u1ea3o b\u00e0i ph\u00e2n t\u00edch chi ph\u00ed IVF). Ngo\u00e0i ra, chi ph\u00ed c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 cao h\u01a1n t\u00f9y thu\u1ed9c v\u00e0o c\u00e1c k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt ki\u1ec3m tra c\u00e1c b\u1ea5t th\u01b0\u1eddng v\u1ec1 NST c\u1ee7a ph\u00f4i nh\u01b0 PGT A\/SR v\u00e0 PGT-M (chi ph\u00ed #12-18 tri\u1ec7u\/ph\u00f4i, tu\u1ef3 v\u00e0o t\u1eebng trung t\u00e2m). Do \u0111\u00f3 s\u1ebd kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 chuy\u1ec7n IVF gi\u00e1 r\u1ebb v\u00e0i ch\u1ee5c tri\u1ec7u.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ecbnh: T\u1eafc 02 v\u00f2i tr\u1ee9ng, L\u1ea1c n\u1ed9i m\u1ea1c t\u1eed cung m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 n\u1eb7ng, Gi\u1ea3m d\u1ef1 tr\u1eef bu\u1ed3ng tr\u1ee9ng (xin tr\u1ee9ng), Nam gi\u1edbi kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 tinh tr\u00f9ng ho\u1eb7c tinh tr\u00f9ng \u00edt v\u00e0 y\u1ebfu, V\u00f4 sinh ch\u01b0a r\u00f5 nguy\u00ean nh\u00e2n, IUI th\u1ea5t b\u1ea1i \u00edt nh\u1ea5t 02 l\u1ea7n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0110i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n: V\u1ee3 kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 b\u1ec7nh l\u00fd n\u1ed9i khoa (Tim m\u1ea1ch, C\u01b0\u1eddng gi\u00e1p, Suy gan-th\u1eadn), kh\u00f4ng nhi\u1ec5m HIV, kh\u00f4ng ch\u1ed1ng ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ecbnh mang thai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. T\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 th\u00e0nh c\u00f4ng:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B\u01a1m tinh tr\u00f9ng (IUI):<\/strong> T\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 th\u00e0nh c\u00f4ng trung b\u00ecnh kho\u1ea3ng 15-25% m\u1ed7i chu k\u1ef3. Qunah tu\u1ed5i 25 th\u00ec t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 c\u00f3 thai t\u1ef1 nhi\u00ean cao nh\u1ea5t l\u00e0 25% m\u1ed7i th\u00e1ng, sau 40 tu\u1ed5i t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 n\u00e0y gi\u1ea3m d\u01b0\u1edbi 5% m\u1ed7i th\u00e1ng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Th\u1ee5 Tinh Trong \u1ed0ng Nghi\u1ec7m (IVF):<\/strong> IVF c\u00f3 t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 th\u00e0nh c\u00f4ng cao h\u01a1n, kho\u1ea3ng 60-70% m\u1ed7i chu k\u1ef3 \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi ph\u1ee5 n\u1eef d\u01b0\u1edbi 35 tu\u1ed5i v\u00e0 s\u1ebd gi\u1ea3m d\u1ea7n theo tu\u1ed5i v\u00e0 c\u00e1c b\u1ec7nh l\u00fd li\u00ean quan nh\u01b0: suy bu\u1ed3ng tr\u1ee9ng, L\u1ea1c N\u1ed9i m\u1ea1c t\u1eed cung, t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng N\u1ed9i m\u1ea1c t\u1eed cung do n\u1ea1o ph\u00e1 thai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi\u1ec7n t\u1ea1i, t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 c\u00f3 thai sau IUI t\u1ea1i IVF Ph\u01b0\u01a1ng Ch\u00e2u trung b\u00ecnh #20- 25% v\u00e0 t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 mang thai sau IVF trung b\u00ecnh # 55-65%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. K\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B\u01a1m tinh tr\u00f9ng (IUI):<\/strong> Quy tr\u00ecnh \u0111\u01a1n gi\u1ea3n, kh\u00f4ng x\u00e2m l\u1ea5n. Tinh tr\u00f9ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c b\u01a1m tr\u1ef1c ti\u1ebfp v\u00e0o bu\u1ed3ng t\u1eed cung c\u1ee7a ng\u01b0\u1eddi ph\u1ee5 n\u1eef sau khi \u0111\u00e3 l\u1ecdc r\u1eeda (ch\u1ecdn tinh tr\u00f9ng c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng di chuy\u1ec3n t\u1ed1t), th\u1eddi \u0111i\u1ec3m th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n l\u00e0 ng\u00e0y r\u1ee5ng tr\u1ee9ng (tu\u1ef3 thu\u1ed9c v\u00e0o ng\u00e0y tr\u1ee9ng r\u1ee5ng t\u1ef1 nhi\u00ean ho\u1eb7c r\u1ee5ng tr\u1ee9ng do thu\u1ed1c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Th\u1ee5 tinh trong \u1ed1ng nghi\u1ec7m (IVF):<\/strong> Quy tr\u00ecnh ph\u1ee9c t\u1ea1p h\u01a1n, bao g\u1ed3m: k\u00edch th\u00edch bu\u1ed3ng tr\u1ee9ng, l\u1ea5y tr\u1ee9ng, th\u1ee5 tinh nh\u00e2n t\u1ea1o trong ph\u00f2ng th\u00ed nghi\u1ec7m, nu\u00f4i c\u1ea5y ph\u00f4i v\u00e0 chuy\u1ec3n ph\u00f4i v\u00e0o t\u1eed cung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Th\u1eddi gian th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n:<\/strong> c\u1ea3 hai ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p n\u00e0y \u0111\u1ec1u m\u1ea5t th\u1eddi gian 2 tu\u1ea7n cho qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh ti\u00eam thu\u1ed1c k\u00edch tr\u1ee9ng v\u00e0 l\u00e0m th\u1ee7 thu\u1eadt. Ri\u00eang v\u1edbi IVF th\u00ec m\u1ea5t th\u1eddi gian tr\u1eef l\u1ea1nh ph\u00f4i v\u00e0 chu\u1ea9n b\u1ecb n\u1ed9i m\u1ea1c t\u1eed cung thu\u1eadn l\u1ee3i \u0111\u1ec3 c\u1ea5y ph\u00f4i v\u00e0o n\u00ean t\u1ed1n th\u00eam 4-6 tu\u1ea7n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. S\u1ee9c kh\u1ecfe em b\u00e9:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B\u01a1m tinh tr\u00f9ng (IUI):<\/strong> Nguy c\u01a1 \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng tr\u1ef1c ti\u1ebfp \u0111\u1ebfn s\u1ee9c kh\u1ecfe em b\u00e9 t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u01b0\u01a1ng v\u1edbi thai k\u1ef3 t\u1ef1 nhi\u00ean v\u00ec \u0111\u00e2y l\u00e0 qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh th\u1ee5 tinh t\u1ef1 nhi\u00ean, B\u00e1c s\u1ef9 ch\u1ec9 \u201cch\u1edf\u201d tinh tr\u00f9ng l\u00ean g\u1ea7n tr\u1ee9ng h\u01a1n ch\u1ee9 kh\u00f4ng can thi\u1ec7p v\u00e0o qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh th\u1ee5 tinh c\u1ee7a tr\u1ee9ng v\u00e0 tinh tr\u00f9ng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Th\u1ee5 tinh trong \u1ed1ng nghi\u1ec7m (IVF):<\/strong> M\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u cho th\u1ea5y nguy c\u01a1 sinh \u0111\u00f4i, sinh ba cao h\u01a1n v\u00e0 t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 d\u1ecb t\u1eadt b\u1ea9m sinh c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 nh\u1ec9nh h\u01a1n so v\u1edbi th\u1ee5 thai t\u1ef1 nhi\u00ean.
